Valley Care Commnunity Consortium
Valley Care Community Consortium is the health and mental health planning body for the San Fernando and Santa Clarita Valleys. Through their website, they provide free access to resource directories that provide low-cost, sliding scale, or free services.
The Healthy City Project
The Healthy City Project provides free access to the largest database of community services in Los Angeles County. Users can easily go to the website to locate specific health and human service programs close to their neighborhood.
LA County Helps
LA County Helps! is a free and easy way to find out if you and your family might qualify for certain services based on your circumstances. There is also lots of information about helpful County programs.
